Evidence Snapshot
- Corporate context: Flutter's Q1 2026 factsheet names the relevant brand families.
- UK product evidence: gaming, sports betting and exchange activity are separated below.
- Evidence checked: 7 September 2026. Domain status describes the register entry, not a completed customer-access test.
- Recent changes: Sky's current operating names differ from old Bonne Terre records; PokerStars has announced a UK Betfair transition.
The UK brand and operating-company map
A Flutter brand list answers an ownership question. The table goes further by attaching representative UK domain records to named legal entities and products. Multiple rows for Betfair and Paddy Power are intentional: one familiar brand can use more than one company. Repeating a domain under another record does not create a new casino brand.
Product assignments for Betfair, Paddy Power and Sky follow their Betfair regulatory information, Paddy Power company information and Sky licensing explanation. The register links establish the listed domain associations. The rows are selected evidence, not a complete inventory of every Flutter company or product.

Betfair and Paddy Power share some records, not one universal operator
The closest shared gaming record is PPB Entertainment, account 39426, with active remote casino and bingo permissions. Betfair Casino Limited, account 39435 has active remote casino permission, while PPB GE, account 52819 has active remote casino and bingo permissions. The regulatory disclosures are therefore more specific than a claim that everything is operated by one PPB company.
Sports betting and exchange activity require their own distinction. PPB Counterparty Services, account 39439 has active general-betting permissions; TSE Malta LP, account 39561 has active betting-intermediary permission. Betfair's official table associates TSE with its exchange. A sportsbook record should not be used as the sole evidence for exchange or casino operation.
This matters if a transaction needs to be traced: start with its product and agreement, then identify the relevant company. The Betfair sister-sites article develops the question from Betfair's starting point; the Paddy Power article covers the corresponding brand relationship. Neither should turn a shared group name into a promise about another account.
Sky's current companies differ from its old operator record
For gaming, Bonne Terre Gaming Limited, account 65519 has active remote bingo and casino permissions. For sports, SBG Sports Limited, account 67370 has active betting permissions. Sky's own licensing page makes the same gaming-versus-sports distinction. The additional word Gaming is material: it is part of a different legal name with a different account number.
The older Bonne Terre Limited record, account 38718 shows its listed permissions surrendered with an end date of 31 October 2025. Treating that older entity as the current answer would miss the new records; treating its surrendered status as proof that Sky Vegas closed would miss them too.
The Sky Vegas sister-site guide explains the shared Sky account framework alongside these product-specific companies. Mobile addresses in the register are further domain entries, not extra brands. Comparing Sky Vegas with Sky Casino stays within the Sky family; comparing either with Betfair moves to the wider Flutter group.
What changed for PokerStars in August 2026?
PokerStars' 10 August 2026 announcement says PokerStars on Betfair would be available to Betfair customers from 13 August, with Paddy Power and Sky Poker planned later in the year. The same announcement states that existing PokerStars UK players cannot open new Betfair accounts. Existing players should await their individual instructions, not treat the rollout date as permission to create another account. This is a network and access transition, not just shared ownership.
The same research still found the UK PokerStars domains active under Stars Interactive, whose account 39108 licence summary includes active remote casino permission. An active domain record does not prove every customer's migration stage, and an announcement does not establish that every planned integration has completed.
The dated announcement is the appropriate place to check transition instructions. This article has not verified an individual account migration, tested access through Betfair or assigned the entire new poker arrangement to a single company. The domain table preserves what the register actually shows without treating a changing service as either permanently unchanged or fully migrated.
Where tombola fits in a casino-group search
Flutter identifies tombola as a bingo brand, while Tombola (International) Plc's account 38613 includes active remote bingo and casino permissions. Its UK domain pair covers tombola and tombola arcade. That makes it relevant to the group map without making it the same service as Betfair Casino or Sky Vegas.
Product identity is useful here. Someone tracing ownership can include a bingo brand in the same corporate family as a casino brand. Someone comparing a particular game or service still needs to establish whether the products match. The presence of casino permission on a company record does not mean every website under it offers an identical casino catalogue.
The exact company name also matters: a search result for a similarly named tombola company should not replace the account attached to the domain being checked. The operator-check guide explains how to keep legal-name, account-number and domain matches together.
Flutter's overseas brands are wider context
Flutter's brand page and Q1 2026 regional reporting distinguish several international markets. A reporting division is not a licence and may contain both UK and overseas operations. In particular, the word International in a corporate structure should not be interpreted as meaning that a named brand has no UK service.
The following examples belong to the worldwide group picture. They have not been established here as additional UK casino registrations or as services covered by the companies in the UK table.
| Brand | Market in official material | Source | What the evidence establishes |
|---|---|---|---|
| FanDuel | United States | Flutter brands | US group context; no UK account eligibility inferred. |
| Sportsbet | Australia | Flutter regional reporting | Australian business; distinct from a UK sportsbook record. |
| Sisal / Snai | Italy | Flutter regional reporting | Italian group businesses; no shared UK operator inferred. |
| Betnacional | Brazil | Flutter regional reporting | Brazilian group business; not an additional UK casino row. |
Which account assumptions need separate evidence?
Shared ownership, a shared operating company and a shared technical product are three different relationships. None by itself establishes universal access, shared funds or promotion eligibility. A network announcement may describe a particular poker arrangement while leaving the wider brands' casino and sports services subject to different agreements.
There is concrete evidence that some protections can extend across brands: Betfair's group safer-gambling FAQ describes steps to block matching accounts across named group brands for temporary and permanent self-exclusion. It treats other tools separately and qualifies the geographical scope. That supports reading the rule for the particular protection, rather than guessing from the ownership map.
No cross-brand account, balance or offer testing was performed for this article. For an existing restriction, preserve the operator's notice and ask support to confirm its scope. Do not use an apparent difference between companies to try to evade an exclusion. WildCrown's responsible-gambling page provides the relevant support route.
How to use the group map without overstating it
Begin with the question you actually need answered. For ownership, the corporate sources are sufficient starting evidence. For the company operating a UK product, use the product row and its licence summary. For a personal account decision, add the applicable terms or message. This prevents a true corporate fact from doing the work of a contract it has not established.
This map is selective and dated. Its main current complications are the Sky company change and PokerStars transition, both of which can cause old lists to disagree with newer disclosures. It is not a comprehensive investigation of Flutter's worldwide subsidiaries or a customer-service quality assessment.
The Entain network map offers a useful structural comparison: its selected UK families have a common LC International record, whereas Flutter's selected services span several records. For the terminology behind that comparison, read what a casino sister site means. Both group maps are accessible from the network directory.
FAQ
Are Betfair, Paddy Power and Sky Vegas sister sites?
They are connected through Flutter, but that is a group-level answer. Betfair and Paddy Power share selected PPB records, while Sky Vegas appears under Bonne Terre Gaming Limited. The relationship should therefore be described at the appropriate level rather than presented as one operator for all products.
Who operates Sky Vegas now?
The checked official licensing information identifies Bonne Terre Gaming Limited for gaming, and the Sky Vegas domain appears under UKGC account 65519. This differs from Bonne Terre Limited, account 38718, whose listed permissions were surrendered in 2025. The similar company names should not be shortened into one.
Does PPB Counterparty operate the Betfair exchange?
Betfair's regulatory table identifies PPB Counterparty Services for sports betting and TSE Malta LP for the exchange. Their UKGC activities also differ. A Betfair domain match on the sportsbook company's record is not enough to identify the entity responsible for every Betfair product.
Has every PokerStars UK account moved to Betfair?
That was not established by this research. The August 2026 announcement describes a staged change and direct instructions for existing players. The checked Stars Interactive domain records remained active. Consult the current official transition guidance for the circumstances of an individual account rather than assuming completion.
Is tombola relevant to a Flutter casino list?
Yes as a group relationship, with its own product context. Flutter identifies tombola as a bingo brand, and the relevant company has bingo and casino permissions. That does not make its service or game selection interchangeable with every other casino product in the Flutter family.
Can a restriction extend to another Flutter brand?
It can, depending on the protection and its applicable scope. Betfair publishes specific guidance about group self-exclusion; it does not describe all account tools identically. Contact the relevant support teams to establish the restrictions on your accounts and do not treat a different licensee as a bypass.
Are FanDuel and Sportsbet additional UK casino options here?
No such finding is made here. The cited Flutter materials place those examples in US and Australian market context respectively. Corporate inclusion alone does not establish a UK-facing domain, the relevant UK licensee or eligibility for a UK customer to use a particular overseas service.
