Which sites are in 32Red's current UK family?
The active domain record links 32red.com with unibet.co.uk. It also records the UK Bingo.com desktop and mobile addresses as white labels. The table separates those operating relationships from product similarities.
The wider company history includes FDJ's October 2024 acquisition of Kindred. That ownership history does not replace the company named in a UK customer's agreement.
| Sister service | Domain evidence | What to compare |
|---|---|---|
| Unibet | unibet.co.uk; active under Platinum Gaming | Casino and live tables within a broader sports, racing, bingo and poker service |
| Bingo.com UK | uk.bingo.com and uk-m.bingo.com; white-label records | Named bingo rooms, alongside casino categories; two domains are not two brands |
Why an old 32Red licence search can be misleading
The 32Red Limited record, account 39430 shows surrendered remote casino and real-event betting permissions dated 12 March 2025. Read alone, that record can look like the end of the website. The current Platinum domain record still lists 32red.com, and clause 2.1 of the current 32Red agreement names Platinum Gaming Limited.
The supported conclusion is that the historic company record is not the current UK operating record for the brand. It is not evidence that an old customer's particular balance, reward or verification status migrated unchanged. Those are account-specific questions that the public domain listing cannot answer.
This is why the guide uses the directly served terms rather than an older search-engine copy: the live page showed version 2.3, while an indexed result still described version 2.2.
The casino browser: providers, favourites and individual games
32Red's website navigation leads with casino products. The official app listing illustrates a provider-labelled catalogue and a favourites section. That is a useful product distinction from Bingo.com's room directory, where the starting point is a ticketed draw rather than a slot tile.
The publisher screen includes television-branded games such as Tipping Point and I'm a Celebrity. Its game detail panel names Games Global. The casino brand, supplier and game are different entities; finding the same title elsewhere does not establish common ownership.
For a reader comparing a particular slot, the edition and in-game rules are more useful than the family name. The Unibet guide makes the equivalent distinction for live roulette, where branded tables can come from different suppliers.

Withdrawing a balance is different from moving it to Unibet
Section 11 of the 32Red agreement describes a withdrawal request to the debit card or online payment service used to deposit. It also prohibits transfers between customer accounts. A sister relationship is therefore not a balance-transfer facility.
The withdrawal conditions distinguish cleared real-money funds from other displayed amounts and require the relevant verification checks to be complete. That is why a Ruby Lounge points total, an offer balance and withdrawable cash must not be added together as though they were the same thing.
The checked agreement sets a standard minimum withdrawal of GBP 5 but expressly allows a customer with a smaller balance to ask support to withdraw it in full. It is not necessary to deposit or gamble again simply to reach that minimum. These are published conditions, not a measured processing time or a claim that one sister pays faster.
Ruby Lounge: an invitation programme, not a shared family wallet
The Ruby Lounge rules describe invitations by email or on-site notification and an opt-in before eligible activity counts. The page also requires sports and casino marketing consent to claim rewards. Simply holding a 32Red account, or an account at Unibet, does not establish membership.
Points are used in a reward store and are not cash. The rules distinguish Bronze, Silver and Gold levels, and redemption can reduce the points balance used to determine a level. They also describe monthly expiry, so an illustrated points total should not be read as a permanent entitlement.
These details matter more than the headline reward: invitation, consent, eligible activity and expiry are separate conditions. The checked rules describe a promotion ending on 31 December 2026, so this is a dated account of the programme, not a promise that it continues indefinitely. There is no reason to increase gambling to reach a level.

Accounts, checks and gambling controls across the sister brands
Clause 8.1 of 32Red's current terms allows one account per brand, subject to the agreement's eligibility rules. It is neither permission for duplicate 32Red accounts nor a guarantee that every customer can register elsewhere after an account restriction. Identity checks and the treatment of an existing account remain separate from the ownership connection.
The 32Red control page offers deposit and net deposit limits, product blocks and breaks. A net limit accounts for withdrawals; a gross deposit limit does not. A product block is narrower than an account-wide restriction. The page does not establish that a numerical 32Red limit automatically becomes a setting on Unibet.
Where a restriction or self-exclusion is involved, ask the operator about all affected accounts instead of using another brand to work around it. Our support resources are independent of Ruby Lounge or any promotion. Return to the sister-site directory for other researched families.
FAQ
Is Unibet a 32Red sister site?
Yes. The current UKGC domain record places unibet.co.uk and 32red.com under Platinum Gaming Limited. They are distinct brands, so the operating relationship is not evidence of a shared login or wallet.
Has 32Red lost its licence or closed?
The old 32Red Limited record shows permissions surrendered in March 2025. However, 32red.com is listed under Platinum Gaming in the current record checked for this guide, and its current agreement names Platinum. The old record alone is not evidence of website closure.
Who operates 32Red in the UK now?
The directly inspected September 2026 agreement names Platinum Gaming Limited. The current domain record is UKGC account 45322, rather than the historic 32Red Limited account 39430.
Does my Unibet account qualify me for Ruby Lounge?
No such entitlement is stated in the checked Ruby Lounge rules. They describe a 32Red invitation and opt-in programme with additional consent and activity conditions, not a group-wide membership reward.
Are Ruby Lounge points withdrawable cash?
The rules describe points for use in a reward store, not cash. They also include expiry and level conditions. A points balance should not be added to an account's withdrawable money or assumed transferable to a sister brand.
Is Bingo.com another name for 32Red bingo?
No. Bingo.com UK has its own named service and domains, recorded as white labels under Platinum Gaming. Its public room directory is a separate product presentation, not simply a renamed section of 32red.com.
