Which Virgin Games sister sites are connected?
The Gamesys domain record connects the destinations below. Virgin's own customer agreement separately identifies Gamesys Operations as the operator and explains the Virgin trademark arrangement. This avoids treating a brand licence as ownership of the wider Virgin group.
The most useful differences are in what each service puts first: Jackpotjoy presents named bingo rooms, MONOPOLY foregrounds its themed games, and Rainbow Riches groups variants of its namesake series alongside other casino products.
| Related site | UK domain record | What distinguishes it |
|---|---|---|
| Jackpotjoy | jackpotjoy.com; active | Bingo-room-led service with separate casino and Slingo collections |
| MONOPOLY Casino | monopolycasino.com; white label | MONOPOLY-themed slots, scratchcards and live games; separate casino and sports welcome choices |
| Rainbow Riches Casino | rainbowrichescasino.com; white label | Rainbow Riches variants, a dedicated Slingo browser and its own reward-wheel rules |
Does Virgin Games have bingo, or only casino slots?
Virgin has a separate bingo directory, not merely a slot collection labelled bingo. Its 90-ball collection lists Bingo Times, Bubble Up Bingo and The Clubhouse. The 75-ball collection includes Studio 75 and Superlinks 75; a separate special-games section includes Bingo 80 and Play Off Palace.
Session Bingo appears in more than one collection. That is a category overlap, not another sister website. It is worth distinguishing a named room from a game format: ball count describes the game, while a session can group play differently from buying into an individual draw.
For a bingo-led comparison, the Jackpotjoy guide sets out its own room collections. The question is which actual room and format you need, not whether both brands display a bingo tab. Shared company ownership does not settle the room schedule or ticket conditions.

How does Virgin's live casino compare with MONOPOLY?
The Virgin live lobby separates blackjack, roulette and other dealer games. Its roulette collection includes a Virgin Games Live Roulette tile labelled Stakelogic alongside Evolution's Lightning Roulette and Live Roulette. The branded table is a specific product, not the name of the whole live-casino service.
The MONOPOLY live lobby lists several overlapping titles, including Bond Street Blackjack and Lightning Roulette. Its Stakelogic roulette entry is labelled Signature Live Roulette, while Virgin's collection includes the Virgin-branded entry. These are concrete differences visible in the two public browsers, even though they share an operator.
Virgin also lists MONOPOLY Live and MONOPOLY Big Baller. Those are games inside Virgin, not a redirect to a MONOPOLY Casino account. The MONOPOLY sister-site guide explains that website-versus-game distinction in more detail.

What do Red Hot Rewards and the Virgin Prize Wheel require?
The current Red Hot Rewards page promotes the Virgin Prize Wheel. Its detailed rules make this an invited-member promotion: the first deposit and wager must have occurred at least seven days before opt-in, and entry must come through the promotion tile while logged in. Finding a public link is not an invitation.
Rounds run Monday to Sunday. The rules describe up to four wheels per weekly round, a seven-day life for an awarded wheel and a reset of qualifying progress at the end of the round. The amount of qualifying play depends on the level shown in the account; it is not one universal requirement for all members.
There are inconsistencies in the public presentation: the overview says to opt in within seven days, whereas the linked rules say at least seven days after the initial deposit and wager. The pages also disagree on the maximum prize. We use the detailed eligibility rule and do not quote a prize ceiling. Ask the operator to resolve conflicting offer information before participating; do not increase spending to reach a reward level.
Can Virgin money, V*Points or a login move to a sister site?
The Virgin agreement expressly prohibits transfers of funds, winnings, rewards and V*Points between member accounts. That is a firmer answer than assuming a common Gamesys wallet. A balance question belongs with the account holding the money.
The agreement also restricts duplicate accounts and requires identity checks. It does not promise that a Virgin login or previous verification can be reused at Jackpotjoy or another sister. Recover an existing Virgin account through Virgin rather than creating a replacement to obtain a new-member offer.
Which Virgin controls extend beyond one account?
Virgin's control page distinguishes a deposit limit from a net deposit limit, which subtracts withdrawals. It says only one financial limit can be active at a time. A session reminder provides an alert; a session limit prevents further wagers after the chosen time allowance.
Section 9 of the agreement makes the described financial controls and cool-off account-specific. Self-exclusion has broader consequences: it prohibits opening or using an account operated by any company in the Gamesys Group. A sister casino is therefore not a workaround for exclusion.
For coverage across existing accounts, identify those accounts to support and request confirmation rather than testing another login. Independent help is listed on our gambling-support page. The sister-site directory keeps this family separate from unrelated UK operators.

FAQ
Are Virgin Games and Jackpotjoy sister sites?
Yes. Their UK operating connection is Gamesys Operations Limited. The regulator lists Jackpotjoy as an active domain and Virgin Games as a white label under account 38905. That connection does not create a shared player balance.
Is Virgin Games operated by Virgin itself?
Its customer agreement names Gamesys Operations Limited as the operator and says the Virgin brand is used under an agreement with companies in the Virgin Enterprises group. The operator and the owner of the trademark are different roles.
Do I need to leave Virgin Games to play bingo?
No. Virgin has dedicated 90-ball, 75-ball and special bingo collections, including The Clubhouse, Studio 75 and Bingo 80. The room or game rules, rather than the casino brand alone, determine the format.
Can I transfer V*Points to Jackpotjoy?
No transfer entitlement is provided. Virgin's agreement expressly prohibits moving V*Points, rewards and funds between member accounts. Jackpotjoy's own rewards are not a conversion facility for Virgin points.
Is the Virgin Prize Wheel available as soon as I join?
Not under the inspected detailed rules. It is invitation-only, requires opt-in through the account promotion tile and requires the first deposit and wager to have happened at least seven days earlier. The public overview has conflicting timing wording; seek clarification rather than assuming immediate eligibility.
Does a Virgin cool-off block every sister site?
The agreement describes a cool-off as account-specific. Self-exclusion is different and bars opening or using accounts operated by companies in the Gamesys Group. Ask support to confirm protection across existing accounts; do not try another brand to bypass a restriction.
